Text
All ear piercing devices, including but not limited to earrings, needles, and associated parts, that come in direct contact with the client's skin during the ear piercing process shall be single-use prepackaged sterilized units. Reusable stabilizing devices used in ear piercing that come in direct contact with the client's skin shall be cleaned and sterilized after each use in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to RSA 314-A. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect persons operating in compliance with the New Hampshire code of administrative rules, He-P 1103.02.
