Text
The office of reimbursements, with the approval of the commissioner, may, upon request, act on behalf of any state department, as defined in RSA 9:1, to recover any moneys due such department. The office of reimbursements shall not be liable for any expenses or costs incurred in any action brought pursuant to this section.
