New Hampshire Statutes
§ 12-G:27 — Investment Securities
Notwithstanding any of the provisions of RSA 12-G:17-28 or any recitals in any bonds issued pursuant to RSA 12-G:17-28, all such bonds shall be deemed to be investment securities under RSA 382-A.
