Text
The adjutant general shall from time to time prepare a roster of the names of residents of the state who have qualified for bonus payments under RSA 115-A:3, and shall certify the same and prepare a manifest to authorize the state treasurer to make payment from funds not otherwise appropriated. The governor is authorized to draw his warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
