Text
Notwithstanding any other provisions of RSA 100-A to the contrary, any retiree who returns to active service shall only retain eligibility for the benefits applicable to their initial retirement and the calculation of average final compensation. The calculation of other benefits resulting from the return to active service under RSA 100-A shall not apply.
