Text

Before entering upon the duties of the office, the executive director shall be sworn, and shall give bond to the state in the sum of $20,000, with sufficient sureties to be approved by the board, conditioned for the faithful discharge of the duties of the office. The bond shall be filed and preserved in the office of the secretary of state.
