Text

Effective January 1, 1976, the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire, as provided by RSA 100, shall be merged into and become a part of the New Hampshire retirement system. All retired members and beneficiaries who are receiving or are eligible to receive benefits under RSA 100 shall receive the same benefits from the New Hampshire retirement system, but in accordance with the payment provisions and restrictions of the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire. All assets and liabilities under the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system. The regulations and provisions of the employees' retirement system of the state of New Hampshire shall hereby be considered a part of the
