Effective July 1, 1973, the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system as provided under RSA 192:1-29 shall cease to exist as an operating retirement system. All assets and liabilities of the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system to be administered in accordance with RSA 100-A:35. The regulations and provisions of the New Hampshire teachers' retirement system shall be considered a part of the regulations and provisions of the New Hampshire retirement system for purposes of administering RSA 100-A:35.
