Text

Any member of the retirement system who has creditable service in both the New Hampshire retirement system and a predecessor system, by reason of having ceased to be eligible for membership in such predecessor system because of change of job classification or transfer to a different job, may retire under the provisions of this subdivision. The allowance with respect to service in the predecessor system shall be computed on the basis of the provisions of the predecessor system. The minimum age shall be computed as provided in RSA 100-A:19-b, with service in the New Hampshire policemen's retirement system or the New Hampshire permanent firemen's retirement system being counted as group II service and service in any other predecessor system being counted as group I service.
