§ 85-2235 — Community College Aid Fund; created; use; investment
Nebraska·Ch. 85 State University, State Colleges, and Postsecondary Education
The
Community College Aid Fund is created. The fund shall be used to provide state
aid to community college areas pursuant to the Community College Aid Act.
Any money in the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state
investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the
Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
