On or before December 1, 2012, the Director of Children and Family Services of the Division of Children and Family Services of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Director of Developmental Disabilities of the Division of Developmental Disabilities of the Department of Health and Human Services, the Director of Behavioral Health of the Division of Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Director of Medicaid and Long-Term Care of the Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care of the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide a report to the Health and Human Services Committee of the Legislature and the Developmental Disabilities Special Investigative Committee of the Legislature concerning the access of individuals with co-occurring cond
