The Customized Job Training Cash Fund is created. Funds in the Customized Job Training Cash Fund shall be used for (1) general administrative costs of awarding job training reimbursement grants under the Customized Job Training Act, as such act existed prior to May 22, 2025, and (2) job training reimbursement grants. Transfers may be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature. Any money in the Customized Job Training Cash Fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State Funds Investment Act.
