Text

The State Department of Education Trust Fund is created. The fund shall consist of all property, real or personal, acquired by donation, devise, or bequest by the Nebraska School for the Visually Handicapped or the Nebraska Center for the Education of Children who are Blind or Visually Impaired and all money derived from the sale or lease of property donated, devised, or bequeathed to the school or center. Out of money in such fund not restricted from such use by the terms of the donation, devise, or bequest, an emergency cash fund of not to exceed five hundred dollars shall be established for immediate and unusual needs as may arise. Such emergency cash fund shall be reimbursed from the State Department of Education Trust Fund for any expenditures. Any money in the State Department of Edu
