§ 71-563 — Terms, defined
Nebraska·Ch. 71 Public Health and Welfare
For purposes of the Alzheimer's Disease and Other Dementia Support Act:
(1)Council means the Alzheimer's Disease and Other Dementia Advisory Council; and
(2)Department means the Department of Health and Human Services.
