(a)(1) A domestic limited partnership may merge or consolidate with one or more domestic or foreign limited partnerships or other business entities pursuant to an agreement or plan of merger or consolidation adopted in accordance with this section setting forth:
(A)The name of each limited partnership or business entity that is a party to the merger or consolidation;
(B)The name, type of business entity, and jurisdiction of formation of the surviving limited partnership or business entity into which the limited partnership and such other business entities will merge or the name, type of business entity, and jurisdiction of formation of the new business entity resulting from the consolidation of the limited partnership and the other business entities that are party to a plan of consolidat
