Text

(1)The Nuclear and Hydrogen Development Fund is created. The department shall administer the fund to provide per diems and travel and lodging reimbursement to members of the work group as provided under section 66-2305 . The fund shall consist of money transferred by the Legislature. Transfers may be made from the fund to the General Fund at the direction of the Legislature.
(2)The Nuclear and Hydrogen Development Fund terminates on July 31, 2028, and the State Treasurer shall transfer any money in the fund on such date to the General Fund.
