(1)In developing an integrated management plan, the Chief Water Officer and the affected natural resources districts shall utilize the best scientific data and other information available and shall review and consider any rules and regulations in effect in any existing ground water management area that encompasses all or part of the geographic area to be encompassed by the plan. Consideration shall be given to the applicable scientific data and other information relied upon by the Chief Water Officer in preparing the annual report required by section 46-713 and to other types of data and information that may be deemed appropriate by the Chief Water Officer.
