§ 45-728 — License; application; form; fee; use of nationwide registry
Nebraska·Ch. 45 Interest, Loans, and Debt
(1)An applicant for a license shall
apply on a form prescribed by the director.
(2)The application for a license as a mortgage loan originator shall
be accompanied by an application fee of one hundred fifty dollars, plus the
cost of the criminal history background check required by subsection (3) of
this section and any processing fee allowed under subsection (2) of section 45-748 .
(3)In connection with an application for licensing as a mortgage loan
originator, the applicant shall, at a minimum, furnish to the Nationwide Mortgage
Licensing System and Registry information concerning the applicant's identity,
including the following:
(a)Fingerprints for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation
and any other governmental agency or entity authorized to receive such information
