(1)The
Game Law Investigation Cash Fund is created. The commission shall use the
fund for the purpose of obtaining evidence for enforcement of the Game Law.
The fund shall be funded through revenue collected under the Game Law and
budgeted or allocated to the fund by the commission, and through donations
from persons, wildlife groups, and other charitable sources. Any money in
the fund available for investment shall be invested by the state investment
officer pursuant to the Nebraska Capital Expansion Act and the Nebraska State
Funds Investment Act.
(2)For the purpose of establishing and maintaining legislative oversight
and accountability, the commission shall formulate record-keeping procedures
for all expenditures, disbursements, and transfers of cash from the Game Law
Investigation C
