§ 30-4110 — Rules
Nebraska·Ch. 30 Decedents' Estates; Protection of Persons and Property
The Supreme Court, upon recommendation
by the Public Guardian, in consultation with the council, shall promulgate
rules to carry out the Public Guardianship Act.
