§ 28-451 — Anhydrous ammonia; possession; penalty
Nebraska·Ch. 28 Crimes and Punishments
No person shall possess anhydrous ammonia with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a Class IV felony.
