§ 2-2812 — Appropriations; use; budget

Nebraska·Ch. 2 Agriculture

Funds may be appropriated by the Legislature for the use of the qualifying organizations enumerated in section  2-2803  and
shall be made available through the University of Nebraska budgeting and accounting
facilities or such other channel as the Legislature may direct. Each organization
shall electronically file
a separate biennial budget request with the Legislature.
