Text

Sections 19-401 to 19-433 shall be known and may be cited as the Municipal Commission Plan of Government Act. Any city in this state having not less than two thousand inhabitants as determined by the most recent federal decennial census or the most recent revised certified count by the United States Bureau of the Census may adopt the commission plan of government and be governed thereunder as provided in the act.
