§ 14-1712 — Parking authority; bonds; form; issuance

(1)The authority may from time to time borrow such money, as authorized in this section or subdivision (1)(h) of section 14-1707 , as it may require in the exercise of its powers and duties, and to evidence such borrowings and to fund or refund any bonds or interest on such bonds or other indebtedness it may have outstanding, issue its negotiable bonds as provided in this section.
(2)The principal and interest of the bonds shall be payable only out of the revenue, income, and money of the authority, and shall not constitute a debt or liability of the state or any political subdivision thereof, other than of the authority, and neither the credit nor the taxing power of the state or any political subdivision thereof, other than the authority, shall be pledged for the payment of such bonds
