Text
service person.
1.Annually, each registered service company shall pay a permit fee of one hundred
dollars.
2.Annually, each registered service person shall pay a permit fee of fifty dollars.
3.The commission may assess a registered service person testing fee not to exceed
twenty-five dollars per test.
