North Dakota Statutes
§ 64-02-08 — Purchase, lease, or disposal of equipment
The commission shall purchase or lease any equipment necessary for carrying out the
provisions of this title and may sell equipment which is obsolete or unsuitable. Proceeds from
sale or disposal must be paid into the general fund of the state treasury.
