§ 61-35-96 — Contractor's bond - Execution
Within the time fixed by the board for executing the contract, the successful bidder shall file
with the district a contract bond in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The bond must
be executed by the bidder or contractor as principal and by a surety company authorized to do
business in this state as surety.
