Text
A receiver under this chapter acts under the direction and supervision of the appointing
court and is subject to the orders of that court and may be removed by it. This chapter does not
limit the jurisdiction of the court to enter orders it deems necessary for the receiver to exercise
any functions set forth in this chapter.
