§ 61-35-33 — Provisions governing bonds

The resolution authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds or refunding bonds under this
chapter or resolutions adopted after the adoption of the original resolution must prescribe:
1. The rate or rates of interest, payable semiannually.
2. Whether the bonds will be in one or more series.
3. The date or dates the bonds will bear.
4. The time or times, not exceeding forty years from their respective dates, when the
bonds will mature.
5. The medium in which the bonds will be payable.
6. The place or places where the bonds will be payable.
7. Whether or not the bonds will carry registration privileges and what those privileges, if
any, will be.
8. The terms of redemption, if any, to which the bonds will be subject.
9. The manner in which the bonds will be executed.
10. The terms, covenants, and conditions that the bonds will contain.
11. The form in which the bonds will be issued.
