Text
Refunding bonds must be authorized by resolution of the board. The resolution may be
adopted at a regular or special meeting, including the meeting at which it is introduced, by the
affirmative vote of a majority of the members of the board, and takes effect immediately upon
adoption. Other proceedings or procedure are not required for the issuance of refunding bonds
by the district.
