Text
This chapter does not exempt any district from the requirements of any other statute under
which the district is required to obtain the permission or approval of, or to notify, the state water
commission, or the department of environmental quality, or any other agency of this state or of
any of its political subdivisions before proceeding with construction, acquisition, operation,
enlargement, extension, or alteration of any works or facilities that the district is authorized to
undertake under this chapter.
