Text
The board shall meet annually on the same day as, and immediately following, the annual
meeting of participating members, and may meet at other times it determines, or upon the call of
the president or any two directors. At the first meeting of the initial board following its election,
and at each succeeding annual board meeting, the board shall elect a president, vice president,
secretary, and treasurer for the ensuing year. Board members are entitled to reasonable
compensation to cover the expenses of serving on the board.
