Text
The biota water treatment plant operating fund is a special fund in the state treasury into
which all federal funds received for the operation of the northwest area water supply's biota
water treatment plant must be deposited. All moneys in the fund are appropriated to the
department of water resources on a continuing basis for operations of the biota water treatment
plant.
