§ 61-24-10 — Certified copies of levy and budget sent to county auditors
Immediately after completion of the budget and the adoption of the annual tax levy by the
board of directors of the district, but not later than October first, the secretary of the district shall
send one certified copy of the levy as adopted and one certified copy of the budget to the county
auditor of each county in the district.
