Text
A director of the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District must be nominated and elected in
each county in the district. Any person who is a resident and qualified elector of the county who
aspires to the office of director of the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District shall, before
four p.m. of the sixty-fourth day before any primary election preceding a general election at
which a director of the district is to be elected, present to the county auditor a petition giving that
person's name, post-office address, the title of the office "Director of the Garrison Diversion
Conservancy District", and containing the signatures of not less than fifty nor more than three
hundred qualified electors of the county to which each signer has added the signer's residence
with street number, if any, an
