§ 61-20-07 — Enforcement of chapter - Appeal
The provisions of this chapter must be enforced by the department of water resources. The
department may issue administrative orders requiring compliance with this chapter. An appeal
from a ruling of the department may be taken under the provisions of chapter 28-32.
