purposes. A corporation or limited liability company may be formed for the purpose of acquiring water rights, or for the purpose of establishing, owning, leasing, operating, and maintaining an irrigation system and selling, distributing, supplying, and delivering water for irrigation purposes, or for domestic use, to its members or stockholders.
