Text
The county auditor shall give notice of the determination of the board of county
commissioners to issue bonds by publishing a notice in the official newspaper of the county at
least fifteen days before the date of selling said bonds. Said notice shall designate the project
proposed to be bonded and in general terms shall notify all persons interested of their right to
pay their total assessment prior to the date of the sale of said bonds, as provided in section
61-12-39. The money paid in shall be used to take up warrants, and the bonds issued shall be
for such an amount as will pay the remainder of the cost of construction.
