Text
Any landowner who may desire to pay the entire amount assessed against the landowner's
land for the entire cost of any flood irrigation project, including warrants and interest thereon,
prior to the sale of bonds may pay into the county treasury the amount of said assessments, for
which the treasurer shall give the treasurer's receipt in full. Such lands shall not be included in
the list of lands assessed.
