Text
In case the amount realized from the assessment made for the construction of any flood
irrigation project shall not be sufficient to pay therefor or to complete the same and pay all fees
and incidental expenses, or to pay and retire any bonds issued in connection with the
construction thereof, or if an enlargement of such project, or an extension thereof, becomes
necessary, a further assessment shall be made to meet the additional expense, and the amount
thereof shall be levied and collected in the manner provided in this chapter.
