Text
Upon the filing of a petition for the review of assessments in the office of the clerk of the
district court of the county in which the land is situated, the clerk immediately shall notify the
board of flood irrigation thereof. If it appears to the court upon the hearing that the assessments
have not been made equitably, it may proceed to correct the same. The correction and
adjustment is final, unless an appeal is taken to the supreme court.
