Text
The board of flood irrigation shall require a bond from the petitioners in a sum sufficient to
pay all expenses of the required surveys and plans and specifications and of the flood irrigation
board, if it should appear, after the engineer's report is filed, that the proposed improvement
would cost more than the amount of the benefits to be derived therefrom.
