Text
The members of the board of flood irrigation shall organize by electing from their number a
chairman and a secretary. The board shall keep an office at the county seat and shall keep a
record of its acts and proceedings and a separate record of the proceedings relating to each
separate flood irrigation project, all of which shall be open for public inspection. Such records
shall have the same force and effect as other public records. Three members of said board shall
constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. Said board, when it is necessary, may
employ a clerk and fix the clerk's compensation. It also may employ a competent surveyor or
engineer.
