§ 61-11-06 — Vote against dissolution of district - Subsequent election for dissolution not to be held for one year
to be held for one year.
If a majority of the votes cast at the election are against dissolving the district and selling the
property thereof, no subsequent election upon the question of dissolution of the district shall be
held until after the expiration of at least one year.
