§ 61-11-06 — Vote against dissolution of district - Subsequent election for dissolution not to be held for one year

North Dakota·Title 61 Waters·Ch. 61-11 Dissolution of Irrigation Districts
to be held for one year. If a majority of the votes cast at the election are against dissolving the district and selling the property thereof, no subsequent election upon the question of dissolution of the district shall be held until after the expiration of at least one year.
