proposal to change boundaries of district.
A guardian, conservator, or personal representative who is appointed as such under the
laws of this state, and who is thereby entitled to the possession of the lands belonging to the
estate which the person represents, on behalf of the person's ward or the estate which the
person represents, or upon being authorized by the proper court, may sign and acknowledge
the petition provided in this chapter, or the person may show cause, as mentioned in this
chapter, why the boundaries of the district should not be changed.
