Text
In case the water supply shall not be sufficient to supply continuously the lands susceptible
of irrigation therefrom, the board shall apportion in a just and equitable proportion, a certain
amount of such water upon certain or alternate days to different localities as in its judgment may
be best for the interests of all parties concerned, and with due regard to the legal and equitable
rights of all.
