§ 61-07-13 — Agreement by board to conform to laws of various departments or agencies to secure financial aid
to secure financial aid.
For the purpose of obtaining financial aid from the United States, or from any department,
bureau, or agency thereof, or from the state water commission, the board of a district may agree
to conform to the laws of the United States and to the regulations of any department, bureau, or
agency thereof, or may agree to conform to the regulations of the state water commission and
to the supervision of such federal agency, bureau, or department or to the supervision of the
state water commission, as the case may be.
