§ 61-07-12 — Expenses - How paid
For the purpose of defraying the expense of organizing the district and the maintenance,
operation, management, repair, and improvement of irrigation works, including salaries of
officers and employees, the board either may collect water rentals or may levy assessments
therefor, or may collect such charges and also levy assessments.
