Text
certificates of election.
The board of directors shall declare elected the person having the highest number of votes
cast for each office and shall declare the result of the election as to each question voted upon at
the election. The secretary immediately shall make out and deliver to each person elected a
certificate of election, signed by the secretary and authenticated with the seal of the district.
