§ 61-04-12 — Use of unsafe works - Penalty
Any person using works for the storage, diversion, or carriage of water after an inspection of
the works by the department of water resources and receipt of notice from the department that
the works are unsafe for the purpose for which the works are used and before the receipt of
notice from the department that the department deems the works to have been made safe, is
guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
